These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the wow808 platform, including the website at https://wow808.cam, all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and any related services operated under the wow808 brand (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by wow808 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform, you ("you", "the Player", or "the User") unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement is intended to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the binding relationship between you and wow808. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the individual player account registered on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including deposited funds and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or reward offered by wow808 subject to specific terms.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of funds from a Player to their Account using an accepted payment method.
• "FPX" means Financial Process Exchange, the Malaysian interbank payment system operated under the oversight of Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet).
• "DuitNow" means the Malaysian instant fund transfer service operated by PayNet.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia, in which all Platform transactions are denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Player's Account to their designated payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on wow808, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. wow808 does not permit players under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or promotion on the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of wow808 or any of its associated service providers.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the Platform or subject to a platform-imposed exclusion that remains in force.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether directly or through a third party, is strictly prohibited.

wow808 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Malaysian MyKad (NRIC) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document not older than three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the e-wallet or bank account belongs to the registered Player).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by wow808 may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or permanent account closure. wow808 processes all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, wow808 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Systematic reproduction, copying, or distribution of Platform content;
• The development of competing software, services, or platforms based on Platform functionality;
• Any automated data collection, scraping, or harvesting of odds, game data, or player information;
• Accessing the Platform via any tool, bot, script, or software not explicitly authorised by wow808.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. wow808 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

wow808 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and other participating institutions;
• DuitNow Transfer — real-time interbank transfers via PayNet;
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — major Malaysian e-wallet providers;
• Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, converted to MYR equivalent.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. wow808 does not accept cash deposits. There is no fee charged by wow808 for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. wow808 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• You must have completed all applicable KYC verification requirements before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will, wherever technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• wow808 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.

Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within approximately 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within approximately 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire within approximately 15 to 60 minutes. These are target processing times and are not guaranteed. Times may be affected by factors outside wow808's control, including payment provider downtime and bank operating hours.

wow808 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer a maximum of once unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the promotional terms;
• All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirement stated at the point of offer. The standard wow808 wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified, is twenty times (20x) the bonus amount;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — the applicable contribution schedule is set out in the specific promotion's terms;
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period;
• wow808 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to apply forfeit of bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or violation of these Terms.

"Bonus abuse" includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering conditions with minimal risk, and any form of collusion between players.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the wow808 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or terrorist financing activity, or depositing funds derived from illegal sources;
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of game or sports outcomes, or collusion with other players;
• Using any form of automated software, artificial intelligence, bot, or script to play games or generate betting selections;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any Player who discovers such an issue is required to report it to wow808 immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain;
• Impersonating another person, providing false identity information, or using another person's payment account;
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive conduct towards wow808 staff or other users.

wow808 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform includes the following player protection tools, all of which are available free of charge to every registered Player:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion via live chat or account settings. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts at configurable intervals display session duration and net position.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to view Platform Content for your own non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of wow808.

The wow808 name, logo, and associated brand elements are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any medium is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wow808 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform services caused by factors outside wow808's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor downtime, force majeure events, or third-party service failures;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or advice provided through the Platform that does not constitute formal professional advice.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit wow808's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk. wow808 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform. You gamble entirely at your own risk.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. Players may request account closure by contacting the wow808 support team via live chat. Any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled and any pending transactions completed before closure is finalised.

wow808 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of this Agreement has been identified or is reasonably suspected;
• The Account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• KYC verification has not been completed within a required timeframe;
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate closure.

In cases of Account closure due to a material breach of this Agreement, wow808 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance, including deposits, where permitted by applicable law. Players will be notified of any such action and provided with an opportunity to raise a formal dispute through the Platform's complaints procedure.

This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. wow808 operates an internal complaints procedure for the resolution of player disputes.

To raise a formal dispute, you must first contact the wow808 support team in writing, setting out the nature of your complaint in full. wow808 undertakes to acknowledge all written complaints within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, you may seek independent resolution through a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. wow808 will provide details of available ADR mechanisms upon request.

wow808 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — wow808 will notify registered Players via a platform-wide announcement displayed upon login.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
